I took 2 x tabs last night that I thnk had meth in them Help am i OK!?

my heart may still be a little sped up and last night i had a burning sensation all over. its been fifteen hours do i need to worry about dying?? I havent been able to sleep and thats all I want to do. If i take a benadryl will that be ok or should I avoid it????
