How bad do Tri-Hull Boats ride in choppy water?

Multi hull boats have several advantages including greater safety while under power in rough conditions. They do ride a little harder, though not much. The main down side is they are less stable at rest in rough water as they don't roll with the waves as easily as a mono hull. They also offer much greater internal space. If you get sea sick I'd say no, otherwise, go for it.
