Please!! someone help!! i was hacked/tricked and really worried!!?

well on xbox, someone said that he would give me 10th prestige for 2m on runescape, i only gave him 500k, so it doest matter about that, but he said he needed my acc info like my email and pword to get on his second xbox so he could do the 10th, so i felt like he was really going to. he was 13 years old, and his xbox name was Canthandlethis7 please someone help me!! am i in danger?? i changed my windows live pword, but was that enough? should i be worried? please dont be mean! im really scared!
