What can I use to clean and lubricate skateboard bearings other than using Speed Cream and Cleaner?

My country doesn't have a skateshop so I'm having a hard time to search for the materials to clean and lubricate my skateboard bearings.. I have a Flip HKD Abec 5 bearings and some of them are getting slower.. So any guide for materials out there??List me some cleaner and lubricant that I can find at the hardware store.. No WD-40 and no speed cream please..Any other than that..Thank You!!
