Using powerpoint to create architecture portfolio. how can i link slides to one another? jeopardy style?

So i'm trying to do my portfolio with powerpoint and i wanted to have a homepage with different links to my work, "architecture", "Sketch" etc. and when you click the icon it would take you to that slide. Can someone please help me? and if you have cool ideas i'm all ears. Thank you !!
