Am I too Young to be getting the Shingles?

I am an 18 year old girl, and for some reason every three or four months I get the shingles all over my spine. It sucks! I have to be quarantined in my room for a couple weeks. My medication is only covered in my plan for people over 55, is it normal for me to be getting it so often?
