Better QB(s) to have start Week 6?

I can start 2 QB's: So far I have Joe Flacco (vs Colts) and Derek Anderson (vs Giant). Should I pick up Matt Ryan (vs Bears) and drop Derek Anderson or drop Flacco? I have Big Ben and Trent Edwards on the bench (bye).
