Chance of getting into um amherst?

i have about a 3.3 gpa, tons of extra cirriculars. i go to an agricultural highschool, i have a ton of experiences with animals. i plan to major in animal science. i am from m. my sats are a little low..1460 on the new ones =(. do i have a chance of getting into um amherst?
