What is Bahia hay? Is this a good price for it?

I have never heard of Bahia hay before but I posted an ad looking for a new source of hay since our other one ran out over the past couple of weeks. This guy emailed me and told me that he has some that is horse quality and he lives only a few miles south of where I live. He is asking $3 if I come and pick it up or $3.50 if he delivers. Is Bahia hay good? What is it mixed with and is that a good price for it? (square bales)
