Please help me...about to kill myself!?

I have an almost 1 mth old, and for the past few days everyday from 8ish-11ish pm, he gets really fussy, like he has a sore tummy. All he wants to do is suck at the and then he cries, cause I think he's full but still wants to suck. I refuse to give a suther. I can't put him down or do anything else. I have a 19 mth old to, and I'm a single mom, so I can't just p him to someone. I'm braking down you guys! I get so stressed I just start crying, like now...someone please help me!! I've tried everything it seems....like walking and cuddling and just letting him suck, but nothing is working? Somethings gotta give! He sometimes falls asleep in my arms, but the minute I put him down he screams! Please help me!
