Plastic surgery options?

I want plastic surgery but i'm not exactly sure what I want done. I have def. made my decision but can't pinpoint exactly what it is it's not my nose or chin it's just my face. Will a plastic surgean help me with this at a consultation, or will they view me as a joke. Also can doctors change the shape of your lips, not plumping just the shape?
