How to reach in japan where my wife is living?

I am samim from Nepal my wife in japan oita city i want to apply for depending visa cuz i dont live without her. so kindly good advice me. i want to stay wih my wife as soon as so please suggest me. i am all like that doents what is needed for depending visa. thanking you, best regards samim.
