Can a vacinated adult dog sitll get distemper?

I have a 5 yr old dog who has been vaccinated as a adult. However I am figuring she did not receive her puppy shots due to her past owners. I dint not get her til she was about 1 or so. Recently a neighbor caught a raccoon who was suspected having distemper. Now I have a fenced in yard and my dog is in the house alot but i heard its air born and have concerns ..should i worry since she may not have gotten her puppy shots...or do u think she has built the immunity from her adult shots
