About .. plz help.?

I've tried a few times already and the first time it doesnt even hurt and it felt great and we did it with a condom becuz we didnt have lubricant but sometimes we just did it without the condom. just today after doing for a while.. after he took it out, there was some blood on it. how come? did he went too in or something?
